This paring knife is made from SF100 stainless steel
The handle is made from some super-stabilised Laurel wood that has been dyed green, and has a reflective ctek resin centre. It’s truly eye-catching, and the colours change in the light. Really magical! It has dark stabilised wood liners and is all held together with stainless Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper, and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
