This paring knife is been made from SF100 stainless steel.
The handle is made from some beautiful stabilised quilted Maple and has some hints of green dye running through it. It really is quite stunning. It has Green G10 liners and is all held together with stainless steel Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper, and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
