Description
This paring knife has been made from SF100 stainless steel.
The handle is made from some beautiful green dyed stabilised quilted Maple. It has Green G10 liners and is all held together with stainless steel Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper, and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
