This paring knife has been made from 1.2429 high carbon steel.
The steel blade has been hand sanded to 1000 grit giving a lovely finish, and will develop a lovely patina over time.
The handle is made from a beautiful light brown micarta and is all held together with stainless steel Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper, and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
