Description
This Oyster knife, or oyster shucker, is made from SF100 stainless steel.
The knife is ground to a penetrating tip, perfect for cracking those hinges. It is well supported, allowing for a twisting action to open the oyster. The edges are not sharp but thin enough to delicately remove the oyster from the shell.
It has a bright orange micarta handle, making it easy to spot where you have put it down, and it has stainless steel Corby bolts for a mechanical fit.
