Description
This chef knife has an 8″ mosaic Damascus blade, forged by Clarke Knives, here in the UK.
The blade has a full-height flat grind with distal taper towards the tip which provides excellent cutting power.
The handle is made from stabilised maple burl with a red G10 spacer adding a flash of colour
