Description
So what is a strop?
A strop is used to maintain a sharp edge on your knives and cutting tools. It should be used after each use to help polish the edge and maintain a keen cutting edge. Using a strop in this way can help reduce the frequency you need to sharpen your blade.
These strops are made from beech hardwood with a veg-tanned leather face. They measure 11″ long, 2″ wide and 8/10″ deep which allows for a firm hold or the ability to mount in a bench vice.
I personally use Smurf Poo for all my stropping and you can save a quid buy buying them together here.
