Description
This K-Tip chef knife has been made from 80crv2 high carbon steel and has been given a forced patina with a mustard etch.
The forced patina helps to build a protective layer to the steel, preventing rust from forming quickly, although usual care procedures should still be followed to keep the knife in top condition.
The handle is made from white crazy fibre sitting over Tiffany blue G10 liners, all held together with brass Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper, and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
