Description
This K-Tip chef knife has been made from 26C3 high-carbon steel and has a beautiful Hamon from where the spine of the knife was backed in clay whilst heat treating. This has given a differential heat treatment that can now be seen through polishing and etching the blade.
The handle is made from Tiffany blue micarta, it has yellow G10 liners and is all held together with brass Corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind with a distal taper and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
