Description
This Bunka chefs knife has a 6.5″ SF100 stainless steel blade. The Wa-style handle is made from stabilised red mallee burl with the end having the live edge. It has a black G10 spacer and bolster.
The balance point is right at the front of the handle, making this really comfortable to use in the standard and pinch grip.
The blade has a full-height flat grind with distal taper towards the tip which provides excellent cutting power. This knife will be a daemon in the kitchen, and will provide hours of comfortable use.
It has an overall length of 13″ with a 6.5″ cutting edge.
