Description
This chef knife has a 5″ SF100 stainless steel blade. The Wa-style handle is made from stabilised golden Amboyna Burl with black G10 spacers.
The handle is really comfortable to use in the standard and pinch grip, and will be comfortable to use for hours at a time.
The blade has a full-height flat grind with distal taper towards the tip which provides excellent cutting power. This knife will be small daemon in the kitchen.
The cutting edge is just under 5″ with an overall length of 11″
