Description
This petty chef knife has been made from AEB-L stainless steel that has a hand-sanded finish.
The handle is made from stabilised buckeye burl with maroon resin over aluminium ctek honeycomb. They sit over maroon G10 liners and are secured with copper Corby bolts.
The knife has a blade length of 5″ and a total length of 9.5″.
