Description
This petty chef knife has been made from Sanmai Damascus steel. It has an 80crv2 high carbon steel core, with damascus steel cladding on either side. Giving a stunning blade, with the benefits of a mono-steel cutting edge
The handle is made from stabilised box elder that has been dyed green with black and green resin over aluminium ctek honeycomb. They sit over bright green G10 liners and are secured with brass Corby bolts.
The knife has a blade length of 5″ and a total length of 10″.
