Description
This petty chef knife has been made from wrought-iron san mai with an 80crv2 core. The blade has been etched in acid to explore the wonderful grain of the wrought-iron, and further etched in coffee to darken the high-carbon steel core.
The knife has a wa-style handle made from stabilised claro walnut with a faux ivory spacer.
The knife has a blade length of 5.5″ and a total length of 12″ and is balanced at the pinch point.
