Description
This petty chef knife has been made from AEB-L stainless steel that has a hand-sanded finish.
The handle is made from stabilised buckeye burl with blue resin that swirls like a stormy sky. They sit over blue G10 liners and are secured with brass Corby bolts.
The knife has a blade length of 5″ and a total length of 9.5″ and is balanced at the pinch point.
