This stunning chef knife is made from 1.2419 high carbon steel and supports an S-Grind. This is where the knife has a convex edge, and then hollow ground to the top of the spine allowing for super-cutting ability. This knife is sharp and just glides through food.
It has a wa-style handle, made from African blackwood and a faux ivory spacer.
It has an overall length of 12″ and a cutting edge of 6.5″
