Description
This Japanese-inspired Nakiri vegetable knife has been made from San Mai steel, with a 1095 high carbon steel core. There are layers of nickel between the core and the jacket steel, which gives a bright flast along the blade.
The handle is made from stabilised orange maple burl. It has an orange Micarta spacer and a black G10 bolster.
This knife has a slight convex grind that absolutely flys through your veggies and it is ready for action in your kitchen.
