This Japanese-inspired Nakiri vegetable knife has been made from AEB-L stainless steel.
The handle is made from red crazy fibre Micarta sitting over black G10 liners, all held together with copper corby bolts.
This knife has a full flat grind and is sharp and ready for action in your kitchen.
